IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR HIRERS
(from Sept 2020)
We are re-opening Goudhurst Parish Hall on 7th Sept 2020.
In order to comply with the latest COVID-19 government guidelines & regulations, Goudhurst Parish Hall has updated the Terms & Conditions of Hire and there are new procedures (Covid-19 Special Conditions for Hire) in place to help ensure the health & well-being of hirers, users and volunteers. Please note: These updated conditions are supplemental to, and not a replacement for, the hall’s Ordinary Conditions of hire (GPH Letting Agreement) - click here to download.
With the present COVID-19 situation there are many guidelines to adhere to and changes that you will need to make. We have worked hard to make the Hall COVID-19 compliant and as safe a place as we can. The hall is Covid-19 compliant and is cleaned daily, with hand sanitisers and extra cleaning products provided.
From 22nd September 2020, the Government issued updated guidance relating to organising or holding informal or formal social groups, clubs and activities unless limited to groups of six people following social distancing rules. Please refer to Point 3c: Recreation, leisure and social gatherings following this link:- Guidance for the safe use of multi-purpose community facilities.
Hirers of Goudhurst Parish Hall MUST read the following 4 documents which contain important information including updated Terms & Conditions of Hire and new procedures which have been put in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all users. If you are unable to view/download PDF documents please contact us at and we will send you copies.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL User Groups/Hirers MUST email the Booking Officer (email@example.com) a copy of your own Risk Assessment - which we will check and then confirm your room hire booking.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PARISH HALL MAY NEED
TO CLOSE AT SHORT NOTICE.
