Goudhurst Village Hall (GVH) was built in 1903 to provide a Hall for the use of the villagers for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time activities. It is a Grade 2 listed building. Today, the Hall is used as a venue for village clubs, societies and classes – as well as for special events such as wedding receptions and parties. GVH is a charity and we currently need to raise around £200,000 as we embark on a programme of essential building repairs in order to secure the future of our lovely building for generations to come. We’re starting with the Repairs to the Roof.
